Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat pedsurg-istanbul@topkon.com.
  • Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
  • Regarding registration and accommodation fee refunds:
    • Cancellations notified by April 15, 2026 will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations notified between April 15, 2026 and August 4, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations notified after August 4, 2026 will not be considered.
  • All refunds will be processed within one month after the end of the congress.
