Abstract Preparation Guideline

1. General Rules

All abstracts will be collected online via the bildirim.org website. Abstracts must be prepared in both Turkish and English. Once an abstract is uploaded to the system, an abstract identification number will be assigned. Please use this number in all subsequent correspondence.

At least one author of each accepted abstract must attend the congress. Abstracts of all accepted submissions will be published in the congress e-book. During the presentation of accepted abstracts, a conflict of interest declaration must be included (on the slide following the title slide for oral presentations, and as a footnote for posters).

2. Scientific Content and Ethical Rules

When preparing abstracts, particular attention should be paid to originality and comprehensive scientific content. The abstract should briefly state the aim of the study and the methods used, summarize the results with sufficient numerical detail, and state the conclusions within the framework of the presented findings.

Scientific language and spelling rules must be observed. Compliance with ethical standards is an absolute prerequisite, especially for clinical and animal studies.

Abstracts will be evaluated and scored by the Scientific Committee using a blind review process (institutional and author information will be concealed). Therefore, no personal or institutional information should be included in the abstract text. Abstracts that do not comply with these rules will be rejected without evaluation.
